What multi-location means in BuboSoma
Multi-location management lets a single BuboSoma business account hold more than one physical practice location. Each location has its own address, hours, practitioners, and services, but they all sit under one login and one client database.
This is different from running separate BuboSoma accounts per location, which would mean separate logins and no shared visibility across your practice.

Appointments are booked against a specific location's calendar and staff availability.

Offer a different service menu at each location, independent of what's offered elsewhere.
Location-specific settings
Business hours, address, contact details, and booking rules are configured per location.

Here's what it looks like to add a location to your account.
Add the location to your account
Enter the new location's address, hours, and contact details. Your existing client list and login stay the same.
Assign practitioners
Add existing staff to the new location, or bring on new practitioners and assign them there.
Set up services
Start from your existing service menu, then adjust pricing or offerings for the new location.
Start booking
The new location appears alongside your others, ready for scheduling on its own calendar.
