Why do you charge less for additional locations?
When Mindbody acquired Booker, they began charging a full subscription price for every location. We built BuboSoma differently. Additional locations cost a reduced add-on fee instead of a second full subscription. For example, an Apex plan is $489/month, and a second Apex location adds $180/month, for $669/month total, rather than paying for two full subscriptions.
How much time does BuboSoma actually save?
Most of it comes from things you stop doing by hand: clients book themselves instead of calling, reminders cut down on no-shows, and staff schedules stay visible without back-and-forth. The goal is fewer administrative tasks pulling you out of the treatment room, not a bigger dashboard to manage.
