Can my clients book appointments online?
Yes. Clients can book directly from your website or booking page, choose their preferred therapist and service, and get automatic confirmations and reminders. No phone tag required.
Can I manage multiple staff members?
Yes. You can see therapist availability, assign services to the right practitioner, and manage schedules across multiple locations from one account.
Is BuboSoma easy to use?
Most practices are up and running within about a week self-guided, or 2 to 4 weeks with white-glove migration. You can import your existing client list, and if you’re switching from another platform, founding-member accounts include hands-on migration support.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your client records, notes, and practice history belong to you. Your practice data is designed to remain portable. BuboSoma provides export options for supported practice data, subject to the current export scope and applicable retention requirements.
