Export your data from Mindbody
Pull your client list, appointment history, notes, and any active packages, memberships, or gift card balances from Mindbody's export tools before you do anything else. If Mindbody charges an export fee, hold onto the receipt, that's exactly the kind of thing your $500 Switch Credit can help offset.

Your BuboSoma trial begins
Fourteen days, no card required, starting when BuboSoma launches and your early access spot activates. This is your sandbox, take your time getting the feel of it before a single client sees it.

Import & verify
Bring in your exported clients and appointment history through the import tool, then spot-check a handful of records, names, upcoming appointments, against what you had in Mindbody. Catch mismatches now, while it's easy to fix. Treatment notes and other client health information are not imported until charting ships and your BAA is signed.

Reconnect payments
Connect your Stripe account to start taking payments through BuboSoma. If you're on the Scale or Apex plan, your $500 Switch Credit becomes available as platform credit 30 days after your first subscription payment settles.
On Core or Expand, you switch the same way, the $500 credit just isn't included at those tiers.

Set up your schedule & services
Add your providers, rooms, and service menu, then set your booking rules: how far out clients can book, cancellation windows, buffer time between sessions.

Train your team
Walk everyone through booking an appointment, opening a client card, and taking a payment. Most staff pick it up in one short sit-down session.

Go live & notify clients
Pick a cutover date, send clients a short note about the new booking link, and once you're confident everything carried over, cancel your Mindbody subscription.

Eligible Scale and Apex members get up to $500 credited to their BuboSoma account, as a platform credit toward your subscription, not a cash reimbursement, to cover Mindbody's export fee. See terms. On Core or Expand, you switch the same way, just without that credit applied.
