Why this exists

BuboSoma was built after its founder lost years of client history when a previous software company was acquired and started charging an export fee just to get that data back. We decided no one using BuboSoma should ever face that choice.

In practice: Available exports depend on the data category. Supported client records and practice data can be exported at no charge; payment credentials or tokens, system logs, and proprietary analytics are not ordinarily exportable. Before a migration begins, we confirm the supported records, source limitations, format, and delivery process in writing.
