Your Data, Your Choice

Practice Data, Exports, And Migration

Your data isn’t a hostage.
It’s your practice.

BuboSoma explains what practice data can move, what records can be exported, and where limits apply.

Your client records, schedule, documentation, and business history belong to your practice. BuboSoma provides the platform used to manage that information. Before you migrate, we define the records in scope, the source data required, and known limits.

Access, scope, and limits.

Practice data

Your account contains information used to run your practice. BuboSoma does not use data access to prevent a software change.

Export scope

Before general availability, BuboSoma will publish the supported record types, formats, request process, and delivery method.

Known limits

Some records depend on source-system access, payment-processor rules, privacy requirements, or retention obligations. Those limits are explained before work begins.

Three steps before go-live.

01. REVIEW

We review your current system, source data, and the records your practice needs first.

02. MAP

We document the agreed migration scope, including records that need review or cannot move.

03. MOVE

We complete the agreed transfer and verify the planned records before go-live.

Timing depends on source-system access, data quality, record volume, and selected services.

Data access and exports.

Can I export my data from BuboSoma?

BuboSoma will publish the supported export scope, record types, formats, and request process before general availability. The public policy must match the live product.

Can BuboSoma migrate my data from another system?

Yes, after a review of your source system, available data, and agreed migration scope. The records that can move depend on those inputs.

What about payment history and SOAP notes?

Payment history and clinical documentation require separate review. Payment-card data may be governed by processor rules. Clinical records may carry privacy or retention requirements.
