What “lifetime” means
A Founding membership is attached to one legal business. It may transfer only as part of a bona fide sale of that business, subject to reasonable documentation.
Your membership locks access and the stated rates; it does not guarantee that every current feature will remain identical forever.
- Your Founding rate applies while your account is active and in good standing.
- A completed membership that is refunded during the 14-day refund period reopens that tier’s spot.
- A membership does not reopen simply because a member later cancels an account.

- 1 TB of storage per location while your Founding membership remains active.
- $25 per additional TB per month, purchased in 1 TB increments.
- Apex rate beyond 20 practitioners: $15 per additional active, bookable practitioner per month; Founding Apex members lock this rate while active.

Before you reserve
Does “lifetime” mean every future BuboSoma product is included?
No. Founding access locks the applicable base-plan price and the stated Founding rates while your account remains active and in good standing. Third-party pass-through costs and future paid add-ons are excluded unless expressly stated.
Can I transfer my Founding membership?
It may transfer only with a bona fide sale of the legal business associated with the membership, subject to reasonable documentation.
What happens if I pay by installments and do not finish?
Your lifetime lock finalizes only after the final payment. For a new purchase, an incomplete arrangement converts the account to the applicable standard month-to-month plan. For an upgrade, it returns the account to its original tier.
