What "lifetime" means
A Founding membership is attached to one legal business. It may transfer only as part of a bona fide sale of that business, subject to reasonable documentation.
Your membership locks access and the stated rates; it does not guarantee that every current feature will remain identical forever.
- Your Founding rate applies while your account is active and in good standing.
- Your base-plan access is never tied to add-on billing. If a charge for an add-on like storage, additional locations, or usage-based credits fails, only that add-on is affected, your core lifetime access is not suspended or revoked.
- A completed membership that is refunded during the 14-day refund period reopens that tier's spot.
- A membership does not reopen simply because a member later cancels an account.
- "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the BuboSoma platform, not the company. Founding rates and access continue under any successor entity that keeps the platform running. If BuboSoma discontinues the platform entirely, members receive at least 60 days' notice and a refund prorated against their original 2-year Founding purchase price, based on time remaining in that 2-year period from date of activation. Members whose Founding membership has been active for 2 years or longer at the time of discontinuation are not eligible for a refund.
More room to grow

- Apex rate beyond 20 practitioners: $15 per additional active, bookable practitioner per month; Founding Apex members lock this rate while active.
Bring a colleague in.
Know another practice that would want a Founding seat? Have them enter your referral code at checkout. When their Founding membership completes and its 14-day refund period ends, you and your colleague each receive a Referral Credit worth up to one month of the relevant normal plan price.
Credit can't be redeemed for cash and expires 12 months from the date it's issued. Full terms, including how Credit is applied and what happens on a downgrade or cancellation, are in the Pricing Terms.
About the lifetime price. Each Founding price equals 24 months at the standard monthly price, or about 30 months on annual billing. Usage charges, additional locations, add-ons, and payment processing fees still apply. “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the BuboSoma platform, as defined in the Pricing Terms.

Before you reserve
Does “lifetime” mean every future BuboSoma product is included?
No. Founding access locks the applicable base-plan price and the stated Founding rates while your account remains active and in good standing. Third-party pass-through costs and future paid add-ons are excluded unless expressly stated.
Can I transfer my Founding membership?
It may transfer only with a bona fide sale of the legal business associated with the membership, subject to reasonable documentation.
What happens if I pay by installments and do not finish?
Your lifetime lock finalizes only after the final payment. For a new purchase, an incomplete arrangement converts the account to the applicable standard month-to-month plan. For an upgrade, it returns the account to its original tier.
What happens if a payment fails on my account, will I lose my lifetime access?
No. A failed payment for an optional add-on affects that add-on, not your Founding base-plan access, provided your account remains active and in good standing. If your base account itself is cancelled or closed, your Founding rate and access end with it. Optional add-ons, additional locations, practitioners beyond your included seats, extra storage, AI credits, are billed separately. If one of those specific charges fails, only that add-on is affected, your core lifetime access is never at risk.
