Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required, cancel anytime. Each legal business may use one 14-day trial. No payment card is required. Trial accounts may have reasonable limits on email/SMS sends and storage, rather than the full volume included with a paid tier. On day 15, choose a paid plan to keep using BuboSoma. If no plan is selected, the account pauses in read-only mode: you can view and export your data, but booking, calendar changes, payments, messages, staff actions, and all active practice-management functions are disabled. You have 90 days from the end of your trial to select a paid plan or export your data. After that period, account data may be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and backup-retention requirements.e.

Third-party pass-through costs and future add-ons aren't covered unless stated. "20 total, ever" means 20 completed, non-refunded memberships; a refunded spot (within 14 days) reopens. Founding status covers your base price, location rate, Apex overage rate, and storage tier.
Reserve with a $500 deposit. Access and your lifetime rate activate after final payment at launch.Founding deposit and activation. No Hidden Tiers
One clean rate for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.Swiped, tapped, or entered by the client online all use the standard rate. A staff member manually keying in a card (e.g. over the phone or at signup) uses the keyed-in rate for that one transaction only, if a charge happens at that moment. Every recurring charge after that uses the standard rate, regardless of how the card was originally captured. Saving a card with no charge has no fee at all. ACH suits larger one-time purchases better than same-day payments, since it settles in 3-5 business days. Chargeback and dispute fees pass through to the practitioner whose transaction is disputed.
Optional Extras
- AI Receptionist: $10/mo. Up to 200 AI-handled conversations/month, additional at $0.05 each.Automatically responds to incoming client text messages. A new conversation begins after 24 consecutive hours without client interaction, multiple messages within that window count as one conversation. Automatic reminders/confirmations don't count as AI conversations. Currently SMS only.

- Migration service (Scale & Apex). We import your supported data directly into BuboSoma, no charge.Supported categories to be listed separately. Stored payment methods generally can't be migrated like ordinary data and may need to be re-added.
