Additional locations are billed monthly. Your base plan may be billed monthly or annually; adding or removing a location does not change your base-plan billing cycle.

By signing up now, your plan rate is locked for as long as you have an active subscription. If our public prices increase, your rate will not.
¹ A practitioner is an active team member who performs services and can be scheduled for appointments, whether booked publicly or internally. Non-performing roles, like owners, admins, or front-desk staff, don’t count. See full definition.

BuboSoma isn’t the right fit yet if you need:

SOAP notes you can use today (coming Q1 2027)

Front-desk card readers or POS hardware for a multi-location spa (coming Q2 2027)

If that’s you, we’d rather you wait a few months than sign up expecting something we haven’t built. Join the early access list and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

Why we’re not rushing launch. We’re massage therapists building for massage therapists. We won’t put your clients’ health information on BuboSoma until our HIPAA safeguards are complete and verified, even if that means launching later than we’d like. BAA signing is targeted for Q4 2026, and SOAP notes follow once that work is done.

Until BAA signing is available (targeted for Q4 2026), please don’t enter client health information anywhere in BuboSoma: client records, appointment notes, uploads, forms, or messages.

Where things stand today: BuboSoma is HIPAA-aware, not yet HIPAA compliant. Encryption, audit logging, and regular backups are in place today. BAA signing is targeted for Q4 2026. Read the security FAQ.
