More sending room, no surprise overages
When your included email volume is used, choose an upgrade or wait until the next month. For the post-2027 High-Volume Email plan, you may opt in to additional email blocks with a monthly spend cap.

Protect your sender reputation.
New or unusually large lists may have a first-send throttle. All email sending requires a verified sending domain and permission-based lists.
Responsible sending keeps access open.
Delivery, bounce, complaint, and suspension rules apply to high-volume sending. Read the Terms of Service before relying on high-volume email for critical campaigns.

Included storage is set by when you join. Additional storage is always available in simple 1 TB increments.

One clear rate, no hidden tiers
Know the processing rate before you take a payment, whether a client pays by card or ACH.
The standard card rate applies to cards entered online by a client, as well as tapped and swiped cards.
The keyed-in rate applies only when staff manually enter card details for a charge.
ACH typically settles in three to five business days. Chargeback and dispute fees are passed through to the practitioner whose transaction is disputed.

Scale and Apex include no-charge migration of supported data. We also offer up to $500 in BuboSoma credit for eligible Mindbody switching costs, with reasonable documentation.
Before you add on
What happens when my included email volume is used?
You can upgrade, wait until the next month, or—on the post-2027 High-Volume Email plan—opt in to additional $10 email blocks. Without an opt-in, sending pauses at the included allowance.
Are transactional text messages included?
Yes. Confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations, and receipts are included. Marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers use your monthly marketing-message allowance.
Can payment methods migrate with my client data?
Stored payment methods generally cannot be migrated like ordinary data and may need to be re-added by clients. We identify supported data categories before a migration begins. Eligible Mindbody switching credit is a BuboSoma account credit after reasonable documentation; it is not cash and cannot be used for taxes or third-party pass-through charges.
